Cubicle System 13 RF

The Cubicle System 13 RF is ideal for all areas subjected to extreme conditions, and is available in a plain, simple design.

The partition walls consist of 13 mm thick HPL solid core panels with a special surface finish that makes them highly scratch-resistant, low-wear and abrasion-resistant. Because solid core materials are used, no edging is required. Instead, the edges are formed directly by the panel material. This system is completely waterproof, vandalism-proof and the epitome of stability and functionality.

Standard features include a milled aluminium lock case with a stainless steel lock mechanism and a door knob out of durable and hygienic nylon. Each door is fitted with three stainless steel hinges that can withstand many million closing cycles without wear. Good stability is guaranteed by aluminium supports with a diameter of 20 mm that are enclosed in colour-matched, crush-proof  nylon rosettes. Also included at no extra charge: A coat hook and a door buffer for each cubicle.

Design versions

Our cubicle systems are available in two heights as per DIN 18100 and DIN 18101. This allows for a design that is compatible with the overall spatial arrangement and door dimensions.

  • System height: 2010 mm (2145 mm for the suspended version)
  • Ground clearance: 150 mm
  • Clearance height: 1990 mm

or

  • System height: 2150 mm (2285 mm for the suspended version)
  • Ground clearance: 150 mm
  • Clearance height: 2130 mm

There are different versions that can be used for closing off the cubicles at the top or bottom in order to fully meet your specific design and functional requirements:

  • Floating: Here, the feet are not attached to the front end, but positioned 150 mm inwards. This results in a floating appearance and makes it easier to clean the front.
  • Suspended: A 160 mm high cover profile at the top of the cubicle allows for the installation of cubicles with fewer support legs. This means: Obstacle-free cleaning of the floor.
  • Without ground clearance: Floor mounting without legs is ideal for preventing climbing underneath cubicles.
  • Solid panel top unit: Prevents climbing over cubicles and allows for a fully lockable cabin, e.g. for the safe storage of cleaning equipment.
  • Acrylic glass top unit: Similar in function to the solid panel top, but translucent due to the 6 mm strong, indestructible and scratch-resistant acrylic glass top. Allows for more lighting flexibility in the sanitary room.
